It also lets you either make an Au Ra character, or change your character's race to an Au Ra.
Then you need Heavensward, which grants access to the 50-60 content, with the new land (6 zones), 3 new jobs and the 2 years of Heavensward patch content. The only thing you will be missing out on is creating an Au Ra character that you can start the game as from level 1.
For PC: To start playing you need just A Realm Reborn, which will grant you all content from 1-50 including the 2 years of patch content before Heavensward released.
